I believe that results come from passion, hard work, and consistency, and I emphasize the attitude and mental fortitude required to succeed in competitive volleyball. My goal is to develop athletes who are strong, grounded individuals both on and off the court, while fostering a positive team culture where everyone feels valued and connected.

I played school and club volleyball throughout junior high and high school, which fueled my love for the sport. I began coaching as an assistant with FOGG U13 girls while in high school and most recently led the FOGG U15 boys during the 2024–2025 season. I’ve worked with junior high and club teams to help athletes reach their goals and learned from incredible mentors who shaped me into the coach I am today. With a degree in Education from the University of Alberta, I bring a teaching-focused approach to creating an environment that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit of every player.

I’m thrilled to join FOGG as a U16 coach and look forward to an exciting season of growth, teamwork, and fun. I value my players as individuals and as a team, and I believe that true success comes from working together as one unit. What I enjoy most about coaching is seeing athletes grow and develop—not only as volleyball players, but also as people, both on and off the court.

I focus on developing strong fundamentals and game awareness while pushing athletes to reach their full potential. My goal is to build disciplined, skilled players who excel both individually and as a team.

Last year, I coached the U15 FOG Thunder boys, where I gained valuable experience in developing athletes’ technical skills, teamwork, and confidence. This season, I am excited to be coaching the U16 boys team and taking our game to the next level.

My coaching emphasizes not only strong fundamentals, but also creating a competitive and supportive environment where athletes can grow. I am passionate about guiding players in building discipline, resilience, and sportsmanship that extend beyond volleyball.

I am ready to train hard, push limits, and help our team reach its full potential this season.

My coaching principles center on the importance of strong leadership, where each player takes responsibility for their role while supporting their peers. I focus on developing a mindset that is resilient under pressure, while maintaining a culture of collaboration.

I began my volleyball career in elementary school and continued through high school, competing for both FOG and NOOKS as well as my varsity team. This season marks my second year coaching both club and school volleyball.

I am eager to see the growth of each athlete, both mentally and physically. At U16, this is a crucial stage for athletes to gain, enhance, and elevate their abilities. I look forward to playing a role in their development and witnessing them achieve milestones.
